Product Description

Ever wondered how dehumidifiers work? The recommended ambient operating temperature for our dehumidifiers is between 5°C (41°F) and 35°C (95°F). As warm and humid air enters the Shinco home dehumidifier through the back grille, it passes over the cold coil, causing water to condense out of the air. The collected water drips down into the bucket for easy removal, while the dry air is reheated and blown back into the room by the compressor.

Before Use

Ensure the Shinco dehumidifier stands upright for 24 hours before plugging it in. Remember to clean the water bucket every two weeks with potable water to prevent bacteria growth. Additionally, clean the air filter with water at least once every 30 days to maintain efficiency.

Storing the Dehumidifier

After cleaning the dehumidifier, water bucket, and air filter, operate the dehumidifier under inside drying mode. Cover the dehumidifier with a plastic bag and store it upright in a dry, well-ventilated place.
